MasterMT (2017- present)

Project Website: MasterMT.org

Project Team: Zhenzhen Miao, Christian Bokhove, Charalambos Y. Charalambous, and David Reynolds.

Initiated in 2017, the Master Mathematics Teachers (MasterMT) project aims to generate and synthesise diverse evidence on the cultivation of multidimensional learning outcomes in primary mathematics.

The project collects multi-type large-scale data from master mathematics teachers and their pupils in China. Guided by existing literature and the Integrated Paradigm (Miao, Reynolds & Bokhove, 2021), the project team seek to capture the holistic reality of mathematics learning and teaching.

Findings from the MasterMT project are to be disseminated from the beginning of the academic year 2021/2022 onwards.
